What type of flooring has the least maintenance

A properly installed ceramic tile floor with an epoxy grout (spectralock) will last forever with minimal maintenance.

It depends on what room in the house you are talking about.Tile if done properly is not high maintenance but will cost the more. Laminate. do not last and if they get scratched or wet your will have a problem.It sounds to me like fuax painting with epoxy sealer would work but that depends on you substrate

Out of all the floors Tile is the least maintenace. You can wet it, drop stuff on it, get oils on it etc. Wood and carpet on the other hand..Well i dont have to explain myself on that.

My guess would be ceramic tile. The smooth surface makes cleaning easier than natural stone. If it is installed correctly, cleaning would be the only routine maintenance needed,

I would go with the laminate. And it looks nice too.

granite/marble from italy

Laminate flooring is very low maintenance. Do not need to polish it, do not need to seal and reseal it, do not need to vacuum it. Basically just need to invest in a dust mop and either a pergo or bruce laminate spray to clean. What ever you do also do not wet mop the floor.

stained cement flooring

Laminant that looks like wood or some people are staining the concrete subfloor

Adobe, just sweep and forget.
